As recorded by the Stan Kenton Orchestra on "Adventures in Jazz" (and elsewhere), this may be the best thing Dee ever wrote for Stan. Blazing brass, a whole-tone melody, lots of solo space for alto, trumpet and trombone, and amazing ensemble writing make this chart a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. This new edition is now available, for the first time, with a full score and set of parts, notated in Finale. Any Kenton Tribute should include this chart. 5-5-5-3
