This wonderful, quiet, Li'l Darlin'-ish chart was recorded by Maynard as Easy Chair. It has a great melodic and harmonic sense that puts it in a class all its own. This version is exactly as recorded by Maynard Ferguson's band and includes flute and clarinet doubles and the roaring trumpet parts for which Maynard's band is so well known.
